Programme Options

Essential Career Jumpstart - £375 - A focused 4-week programme including a comprehensive CV review, LinkedIn optimisation, and two 60-minute coaching sessions to address immediate career challenges. Perfect for professionals seeking targeted improvements to their current job search approach.

Career Transformation Package - £795 - A comprehensive 8-week programme including career assessment, personalised action planning, four 60-minute coaching sessions,  personal branding review (CV, LinkedIn, cover letters), and interview preparation. Ideal for those seeking substantial career change or advancement.

Executive Transition Programme - £1,250 - A premium 12-week programme designed for senior professionals navigating complex career transitions. Includes everything in the Transformation Package plus additional support where required with the likes of leadership positioning, salary negotiations, starting a new role, and six 60-minute coaching sessions.

 

Additional Services & Tailored Packages

For clients seeking a more tailored service, I am happy to put together a package based on what has been identified and agreed as focus areas during our free Discovery Call. For individual coaching sessions, they are available at £120 per hour, with discounted rates for packages of 5+ sessions. CV writing as a standalone service starts at £175, with LinkedIn optimisation available for £125.

 

All programmes include email support between sessions and access to career development tools.​​

Office Location / Online Calls

Coaching sessions generally take place online over Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime or telephone. For local Kent based clients we are happy to meet at our office in Canterbury.  We may also be able to organise sessions at another location, however the rate will be higher to account for additional travel time and costs.
