Our £2500 Fixed Fee
As a former internal Recruitment Manager, I have often struggled with the eye watering 20+% fees some agencies charge, purely because I feel from experience, they are not always warranted.
Appreciating that many of my target clients; startup and SME's, are facing a challenging economic climate, I have decided to offer a new £2500 fixed fee model. So you will have nothing to pay, unless I find you a strongly matched candidate that you decide to hire!

How Can You Possibly Offer a £2500 Fixed Fee?
As an independent recruiter with a small yet flexible support team, I am not constrained by the usual challenges facing larger agencies:

No 'fat cat' shareholders to keep happy

No flash & expensive offices, however do have three desks options at home

No expensive sports cars, although I have purchased a VW Campervan with the view to operating the business on the go

No flash lifestyle, beyond the yearly family holiday and meditation retreat

So What's the Catch?
I can assure you there are no additional costs.
All I ask for in return, is that there is a mutual level of respect. Where we both operate with transparency, honestly, and that the hours and days of work that we invest in our searches, is treated with the same level of urgency that you would apply if it was an internal team member on your payroll. One might argue that agency fees are notoriously high due to the fact a significant percentage of a recruiter's time gets wasted through clients, either not respond in a timely manner, or are not 100% transparent with the recruiter. I am hoping that a mutually respectful partnership approach can help remove this challenge.
Finally there is an expectation here that the fixed rate is based on, for example, the role not having been worked by another 10 recruitment agencies, engaged on the basis of a hefty 20% fee. That may sound obvious but worth stating nonetheless. If it is the case, then we are happy to have the discussion and agree a more equitable rate.
